For 11 years I worked at making a good school even better than it could ever dream to be. I dreamed as big as I could. During those 11 years I worked with, learned from and developed my skills in leadership with great people and good leaders. While leading this incredible team I learned that clarity in the complexity is the work of all leaders. And because of this my deep hope is to help leaders and those who are becoming leaders, become exceptional at casting a big vision and bringing clarity in the complexities of getting to that vision. This is why I was so excited to start Blue Sky Leadership Inc., a consulting firm focused on Leadership Coaching, Leadership Development, Strategic Leadership Support and to provide Interim Leadership for organizations that might need this.
